Ron has been instrumental in the modernization of our collaboration platform. When we brought him in to lead the effort, all of our systems were out of date, and unreliable. Ron led the effort to upgrade, or deploy our CUCM Platform, SIP, Video Conference, conference room design, E-911, and more.
